Romeo Heatherly
Romeo Heatherly has been in the insurance business since 2013. Driven to provide his clients customized policies which meet their needs, Romeo decided in early 2017 to open his own firm. His extensive knowledge of the industry is proven with his licensures in: Property, Casualty, Life, Health & Accident, and Medicare & Long Term Care insurances. The National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) honored Romeo with their NAIFA Multiline Sales award, and twice with their NAIFA Quality Award. He was recognized multiple times by Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Platinum Producer.
When Romeo is away from the office, he stays active by working out and playing golf. He stays inactive by watching football and participating in a Fantasy Football league. Romeo and his girlfriend, Tammie, live in Hickory, NC, with their son Zack, and bulldog Stella.
Tammie L. Williams
Tammie L. Williams is a licensed agent and serves as Administrative Assistant for their growing company. Past roles in management, sales, marketing, banking, and customer service give Tammie the experience needed to work with clients. Her passion for helping her clients means she makes them a priority, and provides them the outstanding service they deserve.
Born and raised in Catawba County, Tammie avidly works out, and is a Mud Obstacle Course Runner. She enjoys cooking and inventing new recipes, and can even help others devise healthy eating plans. She spends her spare time with Romeo, her son, and Stella The English Bulldog.
Catelin Vargas
Catelin Vargas, a licensed insurance agent, is determined to assist clients by finding them policies that best suit their needs. Prior to graduating from UNCW, Catelin assisted clients with a variety of diagnoses and disabilities achieve their goals. Her active listening and commitment to helping others allows her to assist all individuals obtain the services that they deserve.
During Catelin’s free time she enjoys going to the gym, playing with her puppies, spending time with friends and family, and traveling whenever the opportunity arises. Additionally, Catelin enjoys completing home renovations with her dad during her spare time.
Kaitlyn Forgione
Kaitlyn Forgione is our front desk receptionist and a customer service representative. She has lived in Hickory for 18 years, attended Challenger Early College High School, and graduated Cum Laude from UNC Greensboro with her BA in Psychology and Spanish language; she is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Kaitlyn enjoys tutoring students in English and Spanish; she has experience working with students with learning disabilities or impairments, and experience with children grades K-5 in Abriendo Puertas program of Centro Latino in Hickory. Kaitlyn has 10 years’ experience working in the service industry as a waitress and bartender. In her free time, she enjoys camping, reading, and spending time with her niece.
Emma Harris
Emma Harris is an NC, TN & VA licensed insurance broker who works diligently to meet the needs of her customers while also finding new ways to make the process of getting insurance more relational and less transactional.
Before joining the insurance industry, Emma was a full time student at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke where she got her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Marketing and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She also worked at a local bank in Hickory for three years and graduated with her Associates degree from CVCC with High Honors.
Emma has a passion about working in the community and finding new ways to bring equity into the housing and education industries through her participation and memberships of the NAACP Housing and Equity Task Force, Hickory’s Boys & Girls Club and the Lunch Buddy Mentor Program within Newton Conover.
In her free time, she loves working out, playing and watching basketball with her son Kayden and traveling to Charlotte to try new food trucks, ride scooters and thrift shop.
